What should the TCBL playoff format be?

2) Playoff format: Playoffs are such a crapshoot. Should we go old school and award the league pennant to the team that wins the most games over the course of the season, then just play the World Series between the two pennant winners? We'd all make the playoffs more rarely, but a pennant would then really mean something, more than just a chance to win a virtual coin-toss for a chance to play in the World Series.
