Orioles Lose, 5-1, at Yankee Stadium
New York Yankees starter Ray Keating was dealing. He helped his team knock off the Baltimore Orioles, 5-1. The Yankees, at 44-59, sit in last place in the AL.

With no one out in the bottom of the fourth, Mickey Mantle barreled up a slider from Dave McNally. The result was a solo home run, putting the Yankees in front, 2-0.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said New York skipper Dan Goodman.
