Pirates Show Moxy in 4-3 Win
The Pittsburgh Pirates beat the Cincinnati Redlegs, 4-3. Pittsburgh pitcher and Dominican Republic, native Francisco Liriano led the way. Reliever Stan Bahnsen picked up the win. His record improves to 2-3. Cardell Camper took the loss. Pittsburgh is now 67-73, Cincinnati 80-60.

Pittsburgh won the game in the bottom of the 13th inning. With no outs and Cardell Camper on the mound for Cincinnati, center fielder Andrew McCutchen hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Pirates fans to their feet.

"This game tested our mettle," said Liriano.
